This website is designed to provide you an opportunity to get to know our organization, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, but more specifically offer you a window of opportunity to understand who we are as a chapter. With an exuberant level of enthusiasm the current Sorors of Nu Phi Zeta are using our God given talents to elevate other people. Our charge is to concentrate our efforts in Suffolk County, NY and we are proud to say that we having been making an impact on this community for going on 25 years!

Moving into our 2011 - 2012 sorority year, we highly value the ongoing collaborations with the following organizations: National Urban League of Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Long Island Progressive Coalition, Girls Scouts of Suffolk County, Artist Village Incorporated, Suffolk County Coalition against Domestic Violence and the young women of the Brentwood Residential Center who have really become near and dear to our hearts. With such a strong history of successful collaborations we have developed partnerships with the Town of Islip Emergency Management Department, American Red Cross, Island Harvest and The Long Island Think Tank for African American Progress.

Nu Phi Zeta is also maintaining our a commitment to our "Go Blue" campaign, as we continue to look for more innovative ways to reduce our impact on the environment. We have already transitioned into utilizing digital distribution of chapter documents, using a data projector format for our chapter meetings and the distribution of yearly chapter handbook in a cd format. We feel strongly that the only non-degradable things we leave behind are the positive impacts we make on peoples lives.

Look out for Nu Phi Zeta Sorors at your upcoming events! Last year we had such a great time fellowshipping with our fellow downstate Zeta chapters at your events, an initiative we coined our Season of Sisterhood, that we will be back again this year!  Our Sorors were gracious hosts, always showing great appreciation of our attendance. The Sorors of the Awesome Atlantic Region are developing programming that is really impacting peoples lives and Nu Phi Zeta can attest that nothing feels better than standing in support of your fellow Sisters’ good works! After all, Sisterhood is never out of Season!
